Turn the impossible into I’M possible

All Coaching is totally confidential. The length of a session can be one to three hours. You set the agenda for each session by choosing what to focus on. When you book a Coaching Retreat, Arielle will ask you to email some brief objectives and relevant information about your chosen focus. All sessions consist of discussing the specific issues, historical causes and exploring best possible solutions. Expect all chats to be gentle, thorough and challenging. The objective is to resolve any issues that impede reaching your desired state. Expect a shift in thinking where new possibilities and solutions open up.

Topics may be about relationships, personal development, career choices, professional challenges or anything else you may wish to focus on. Perhaps you have a creative project that needs a push to get started? Or you may be preparing to face a particular challenge. (Please see more information about Healing and Presentation & Professional Coaching below)

During the Coaching process, Arielle may invite you to engage in specific exploratory exercises to assist you in discovering your own internal answers. When relevant, Arielle may share stories, teach specific skills, or suggest outside work. During a Coaching Retreat, this may also include going on a quest, gathering clues from a walk or doing something creative.

Coaching Sessions are usually 2 hours. Follow-up Coaching is also available via phone, Skype or Facetime. Each session usually requires lots of integration time to digest changes. Three sessions is an average number for achieving maximum results. So, for example, you can start with a Coaching Retreat and then follow-up later with a phone Coaching Session.
